Functionality
Inbound SMS
You have the possibility to define an inbound number. Now if an existing contact send a message to the defined inbound number the message gets append as an activity to their timeline.
Direct messaging
With the sms77 plugin you can send the following message types directly to your contacts from HubSpot’s user interface:
- SMS
- Voice
Event driven SMS dispatch
This integration can send SMS to a given number when a certain event occurs. The following events are implemented:
- Company creation
- Contact creation
- Deal creation
- Company deletion
- Contact deletion
- Deal deletion
