If you want to send SMS with CS Cart, we recommend the seven add-on. After a short installation and your individual setup you can implement extensive SMS strategies without leaving CS Cart.

You can specifically define which SMS your contact should receive at which point in the Buyer’s Journey. This way, you effectively and reliably inform customers about the status of the respective order. Placeholders ensure that your SMS is adapted to the respective recipients. Extensive SMS sending options

  • Send event-based SMS and bulk SMS to your customers – on average, about 90% of all messages are read within the first five minutes of receipt.

Placeholder

  • Use placeholders for date, first and last name, order ID and the total order price. This way you can customize your templates without much extra effort.

Performance Tracking

  • With our performance tracking, you can see whether your SMS has already been read and whether a link in your SMS has already been clicked.
